F 18.22 n1 Manufacture of Counterfeit Bills: Possession of Completed Bill Insufficient (PC 480).
In People v. Clark (92) 10 CA4th 1259, 1263-67 [13 CR2d 209], the court held that possession of counterfeit bills may be punished only under PC 475. The counterfeit statutes, when considered as a whole, do not permit conviction under PC 480 for possession of a completed bill.
