PG II(D) Instructions Specifically Approved By Reviewing Court.
Obviously, instructional language which is specifically approved by the reviewing court is a valid source of instruction language. (See e.g., People v. Wharton (91) 53 C3d 522, 569-71 [280 CR 631]; People v. Gonzales (90) 51 C3d 1179, 1222-23 [275 CR 729].)
